Devulcanized Nitrile Rubber()
Devulcanized NITRILE rubber is recycled out especially from Nitrile Gloves scrap with well equipped and modernized machinery. We are getting this scrap from most of the factories who are making Nitrile gloves in Thailand . Today the use of Nitrile reclaim rubber is widespread, ranging from household to industrial products .Currently the DNBR is available as BLUE color and BLACK color .
Advantages of Devulcanized NR over Reclaim Rubber
- Not damaging the Polymer Chain.
- Due to no damage in Polymer chain, the final products get Higher Physical Properties.
- Able to use as a replacement for the Virgin rubber.
- Less energy used for converting to De vulcanise rubber
