Devulcanized Natural Rubber
Devulcanised natural rubber is recycled out from natural rubber latex dipped products scrap with well equipped and modernized machinery.We are getting this scrap from most of the factories who are making latex products in Thailand . Today the use of natural reclaim rubber is widespread, ranging from household to industrial products .Currently the DNR is avilable as OFF White colour and BLACK colour .
Advantages of Devulcanized NR over Reclaim Rubber
- Not damaging the Polymer Chain.
- Due to no damage in Polymer chain, the final products get Higher Physical Properties.
- Able to use as a replacement for the Virgin rubber.
- Less energy used for converting to De vulcanise rubber
